A JOURNEY OF A THOUSAND MILES STARTS WITH THE FIRST STEP
Below, you will be guided through the following steps to secure your Retreat spot:

2. Pay the deposit amount online
3. Complete the online participant form. If you have a coupon code you will be able to enter it here. After submitting, you will be sent a detailed info pack with next steps.
Your spot is not secured until the deposit is received; please note our Terms of Participation at the bottom of this page before completing the steps.
Rupali Mahendra will be in touch soon after your confirmation to officially welcome you and get you up to speed with next steps. She is there to hold your hand every step of the way in both the run-up of the Retreat and in the Retreat itself. She will assist you with your flight bookings and any other travel logistics if required.
International Travel, Insurance and any related costs for you to get to India are not part of the package. Kindly note that all travel is at your own risk and we will not be responsible for any part of your trip in medical, health, or personal injury or items being lost or affected in any way. We will however do our best to accommodate any food preferences or allergies that you may have. Kindly include this in the Participant Form or discuss it with your Retreat Coordinator once confirmed.
Once a deposit is received it is non-refundable by default; however it is transferable to a later Retreat date up to 6 weeks before the original Retreat start date with a penalty due of R1500/$120. In the event that you can no longer attend, you may find someone to substitute your participation, in which case any payments minus administration costs will be refunded . Payment of the deposit confirms your participation; we request that full payment is made at least one month before your Retreat dates which guarantees the rate offered and best assists us with our bookings in India.
